Administrative Guidelines
Damage Logs - Make sure to use this command at the end of the rounds to confirm your actions, it'll help clear up confusion if there is any.
Action After Rounds - Only take action during the prep phase or after rounds if offender isn't extreme, you'll interrupt the game's flow otherwise.
Unsure - If you're unsure about any of your decisions, talk to your other staff partners or the server. Maybe they can shine some light on the issue.
Administrative Rules
Pride - Yes you're staff, but don't rub it in other people's faces or be an ass about it. We like our staff to conduct themselves sanely and soundly.
Abuse - Generally when you become staff you understand the basic responibility of your position and informed of general boundries. So please don't go outside the boundries of your position and abuse your powers, if you're unsure, contact a senior staff member.
Don't Argue - If a senior staff member has done something you disagree with, don't take it up with them in public chat. Conduct your argument in Steam Chat or in-game PSAY. And if the senior staff member is higher-positioned than you, don't argue at all. Chances are, they made the right call.
